- Download the Fullerton Rewardz App from Google play store for Android (Samsung, Google, Huawei, Vivo etc.) and Apple App Store for iOS (Apple iPhone) or just tap the Rewards button on your Fullerton Healthcare app to be taken to the download screen.
- You will be automatically logged in by tapping on the Rewards button on the Fullerton Healthcare app on your smartphone. Alternatively, please enter your NRIC number and DOB to log-in for the first time.
