• Points may be awarded by administrators based on the following categories: 
  • Awards – Long Service Awards, NS Awards, Spot Awards, Quarterly Crimson Heroes
  • Wellness/ CSR – Participation in Get-Fit activities, Corporate Social Responsibility events, and other ad-hoc activities/ events as announced by the Company
  • Training/ Recruitment – Participation in trainings, completion of HR surveys, Introduce-a-friend scheme
  • Personal – Employee Birthdays, Birth of a child, Marriage
  • Peer to Peer Appreciation for a job well done, Displaying one or all the ONE Crimson Values

 

Points value is fixed at 10 points = S$1.
